RETURNS POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased forrm our web store, please email info@badboxe.com. Also include your order number and reason for your return and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that the product must be unused unworn and unwashed return shipping cost paid by customer
**Returns and Exchanges only apply to product that has been purchased from our web shop.**
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please email at info@badboxe.com if you want to cancel an order. Customer can cancel the order only if it does not have an assigned tracking number for shipping. Any order that has been processed and is in transit is not eligible for cancellation. A customer can request for return/exchange once the order has arrived.
EXCHANGES
BADBOXE does not provide direct exchanges. Please see the Returns process outlined below for more information. You may place a new order at any time for a different item.
RETURNS
Product purchased from BADBOXE online store (excluding promotional or sale items) can be return within 30 days for a full refund excluding shipping costs. When we receive your returns at our warehouse, a refund amount of the purchase will be issue for the BADBOXE product within 10 – 14 business days. Refund will issue to the credit card that was used for purchase. We cannot refund to different accounts or credit cards due to security reasons. * Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of BADBOXE product without exception.*
RETURN ADDRESS/ RA PROCEDURE:
Customer should place the pre-approved returns in the original container and sent to the following address. Using the RA number granted to you from info@badxoe.com write in the appropriate place at the bottom of the return address label. In addition, Products without a proper RA number will be return to customer, and shipping charges will apply.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of only BADBOXE product. Moreover, Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. For misdirected, lost or damage during return shipments we will not assume responsibility. Customers must send his return shipments with a courier that offers tracking service such as UPS.
Customers can return unused and unwashed with the original product labels, stickers, and hash tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of BADBOXE.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.
